1. Booking & Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees.
• 14-29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
• 7-13 days before arrival: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund possible.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. It must cover medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and cancellation. We will request proof of insurance prior to your arrival.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Ceylora Travels is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, weather, political situations).

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter itineraries if required due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, always substituting with activities or accommodations of a similar standard.
